Sheet steel gauge with five holes (3/8", two of 5/16", 9/32" and 1/4" diameters), two notches in an edge (11/16" wide x 7/16" deep, 1 1/16" wide x 9/16" deep), one in other edge (3/4" wide x 1/2" deep), and one in end (7/8" wide x 1/16" deep).
