Description

Woven palm leaf. Cowl and back joined by narrow band of tightly woven palm. Green-gray silk flounce and ribbon ties. Underside of flounce lined with net material, as is inside of back. Cowl lined with gray silk. White silk (?) band covers inner edges of linings.
