Wool, woven twill; originally dark blue/green, now somewhat faded. Bright blue cotton sateen lining that is lined with a blue cotton fabric. Blue velvet collar. Three double-looped "frog" closures, six dark gray "pearl" buttons. Crescent-shaped arm holes. Two small half-circles, one inside each side, for hands to stay warm.
