SHAKER MUSEUM NAMES LINDSAY TURLEY CHIEF DONOR RELATIONS OFFICER

CHATHAM, NEW YORK, April 12, 2021 – Shaker Museum, which stewards the most comprehensive collection of Shaker material culture and archives, announced today that Lindsay Turley joined the museum staff as Chief Donor Relations Officer. In this new role, Turley will work closely with the Museum’s Leadership Team and Board of Trustees on all fundraising initiatives to support the museum’s current operations and future aspirations. Turley’s responsibilities will include cultivation and stewardship of individual and institutional giving.

Shane Rothe

Curatorial Associate

Shane Rothe (they/them) joined Shaker Museum in July 2023, working with independent curator Maggie Taft on an exhibition for the new museum space in Chatham. Shane is an artist as well as a curator and continues to create in the mediums of painting, sculpture, writing, and performance. Shane holds a BFA from CalArts and an MA in art history and curatorial studies from the University of Chicago.
