White ash (Fraxinus americana) basket handle, probably of a pair with 1993.2.12. Outside face of bend reasonably flat, inside rounded. Below bends on either side, half-moon cross-section transitions to rectangular. Handle is notched and faces below notches taper from thick at notches to thin at bottom. Removed from a basket.
